Username: What is your username? We suggest you don't change your username unless needed so then we can keep track of who's playing who.
Name: What is the name of your character?
Age: How many moons (months) old is your character?
Gender: Male, female, other?
Sexual Orientation: Who do they see themselves in love with? She-cats? Toms? Do they really even care?
Position: Are they a kit, apprentice, warrior, medicine cat apprentice, medicine cat, deputy, queen, leader, or elder? Do they even live in a clan? Are they a loner or a rogue? Maybe they're a kittypet.
Clan: What clan are they a part of? Are they CrabClan, WolfClan, MapleClan, CottonClan, or StemClan? Are they even in a clan? Maybe they're a kittypet, loner, or rogue.
Appearance: What does your character look like? Be as descriptive as you can, picture or no picture. This is required. Picture or no picture. And we will be looking for both quality and quantity. Someone with four lines is more likely to be accepted than someone with one line.
Personality: How do they generally act? What are their likes and dislikes? Do they fear anything? Do they have something that motivates them?
History: What happened in their past to make them who they are today?
Parents: Who gave your character life?
Siblings: Does your character have any siblings, or are they an only child?
Other Family: Aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc.
Crush: Is your character crushing on anyone?
Mate: Does your character have a mate?
Kits: Does your character have any children?
Apprentice: Has your character had any apprentices yet? Maybe they have one now?
Mentor: Does your character have a mentor?
